ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Analyzes business data, giving assessments of trends, as well as finding and explaining deviations from objectives.
• Identifies trends and insights that improve business performance by eliciting and documenting business requirements to provide relevant insights and metrics.
• Designs, develops, and implements business intelligence dashboards and reports to make data analysis easier
• Analyze trends, causes, and variances in a proactive manner.
• Promote process improvements, best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics and data integration capabilities
• Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed
• Creates database logic to extract the necessary information for reporting.
• Develops and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports

Must Haves:

• Good experience with data analysis, Power BI, Dashboard driven
• Experience in automatic feeds and pulling data is a strong plus

• Analyzes data, formulates conclusions and provides summary analysis for leadership
• Monitors trends and elevates issues due to data variances
• Engages end user to determine information requirements
• Communicate with customers to set expectations regarding report availability and SLAs
• Monitors report and data availabilities and proactively communicates with customers on delayed reports/data sets
• Works on tasks which require considerable judgment and initiative to support in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
• Exercises discretion and independent judgment on a regular basis in business matters
• Carry out work plans and schedules as directed.
