** This individual will be a team member in charge of day-to-day, level two onsite and remote support for our server infrastructure across our data centers.

Skill Requirements:

• Having a Certification or equivalent knowledge of Windows Server or Linux Operating Systems or Vmware Virtual Suite (specifically Vcenter and ESX)
• Good knowledge of Hardware or equivalent certification
• Ability to resolve complex issues
• Good at verbal and written communication skills

• Implement new IT infrastructure architecture based on approved designs.
• Run problem resolutions that have been escalated.
• Implement fixes for performance problems.
• Take part in cross-functional teams to assist in designing IT infrastructure architecture.
• Excellent understanding and competence in the virtual computing environment.
• Make use of technical knowledge in cross-functional and intra-departmental efforts.

Primary responsibilities will be:

• ServiceNow Ticketing System Monitoring.
• Conduct onsite and remote support of servers across datacenters
• Apply advanced systems-level technical expertise to resolve clients’ problems within their data protection environment. Identify, document, and escalate customer issues to senior resources when required as needed
• Perform installation and configuration of technical solutions for Products within the data center.
• Conduct problem-solving, parts replacement, system upgrades, and deployments
• Update datacenter documentation using standardized tools.
• Install, patch, manage and maintain various Operating Systems within the datacenter (Windows, VMWARE , Linux, ESX)
