Principal Accountabilities
- Experience with cloud-based tools and processes
- Suggest revision of Connected Provisioning processes as needed
- Build up or support in formulating quality control policies and procedures.
- Having problem-solving skills; root causes technical problems and suggest corrective solution
- Assists and resolves factory problems.
Principal Responsibilities
- Mainly focused on sustaining engineering activities.
- Conduct resolutions to a variety of problems of moderately complex scope.
- Extensive use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.
- Collaborate with internal customers to create an easy path for client orders to flow through facilities.
- Collaborate with external partners to provide assistance for clients’ configurations

Responsibilities
- Solving low-to-moderate technical problems within acceptable service levels, with supports from colleagues
- Work with functional teams to provide updates on problem resolution
- Attempts to understand and make use of technical and incident communication structure
- Investigate technology and comprehend procedures with the help of internal resources and teammates
- Monitors and responds to output from tools and monitoring systems and applies the data to outages and process improvement projects
- Evaluates and analyzes company-specific and industry knowledge to develop knowledge foundation; may contribute to documentation and knowledge foundation
- Works on single-threaded tasks, may work on numerous incidents or projects at the same time, depending on the complexity
- Usually receives confirmation from more senior team members to move forward with complex system improvements
- Supports in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis with senior staff
- Follows standards, documented procedures, and technical enhancements that are already defined and executed
- Escalate more complex cases to high level team members appropriately
