ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implements and maintains financial compliance policies, procedures and regulations.
• Advises on financial products and offerings and affection of regulation changes on documentation and legal procedures.
• Recommends and implements controls, processes, best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
• Ensures appropriateness of activities by monitoring and analyzing account transactions.
• Ensures the business requirements and regulations are adhered to and carried out promptly and accurately.
• Establishes a close working relationship with all business areas
• Prepares documentation and represents the company to supervisory authorities (trade associations, regulators etc.).
