Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Writes, revises and verifies print and online documents for consistency. (Reference documents for hardware and software products, code, user interface tests, white papers, Application Program Interface and Command Line Interface Documentation, online help systems).
- Make sure all deliverables are technically and mechanically precise.
- Work with department members including engineering, marketing, services, legal, regulatory, and others to generate content for standard documentation sets, software, and special initiatives in compliance with the development cycle.
- Create and manage document scheduling, content management, and information architecture.
- Defines processes for content change, content globalization, content sensitivity, content accessibility/disability.
- Keep track of content, tools, application access, account management, and workflow administration.
- Experienced writers may provide training to external business groups on tools, apps, reporting, and content process requirements as needed.
- Defines, approves, documents, and supervises processes and procedures for documentation management in compliance with ISO and internal quality requirements.

Included Experience:
- A combination of education and experience is required to display a variety of work examples that demonstrate the applicant’s understanding of communications and content strategy well enough to advise how to meet company objectives for successful user experiences. Deliverables may include, but are not limited to, project and content plans, task/gap analyses, content audits, content models, KPI/metrics criteria definition, SEO mapping and alignment, localization and translation, content mapping and outlines, customer research, narrative design, and storytelling, client workshops and presentations, and assistance with prototype development and usability testing.
- Have experience in working in a digital product model: discover, define, concept, design, build, deploy and iterate products that end users find relevant and actionable
- A problem-solving strategy to exchange subject matter expertise, know-how, research findings, and best practices among teams and channels in real-world situations of both ambiguity and technological or creative limitations.
- Preferable practical experience in documenting APIs, the principles of design thinking, agile, and/or lean, and collaborating across functions in a global, matrixed organization.
- A track record of performing, or corporate with third parties to perform qualitative and quantitative research and analyzing results to enable continual improvements in digital user experiences and products.
Essential Skills:
- Good organization skills – Ability to be in charge of digital labs that includes training details, leadership videos, etc…
- Control confidential and sensitive information.
- Good experience and understanding of SharePoint
Desirable Skills:
- Good experience with data migration - Team will be transitioning from HIVE to SharePoint

Responsibilities
- Revise and write down structure and build new modules for Software / Hardware that has a modern level of complex features or components.
- In charge of the delivery of a product.
- Suggest formats responsive to technical and client requirements.
- Creates products in accordance with requirements and quality assurance guidelines.
- Be able to handle many projects with a very complex scope without daily supervision from management.
- May train and coach lower-level team members.
- Conducts as a project leader within the department.
