Requirements
** Must be W2 and working remotely
- Having at least 2 years of related experience with technical aptitude
- Practical experience in resolving simple and complex website problems
- Strong verbal and written skills in English
- Good experience in office products such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, & OneNote

Responsibilities
- Understands and resolves common technical issues within adequate service levels
- Report or resolve the problem accordingly based on the priority and complexity
- Contact with cross-functional groups, mainly at the individual contributor level, to provide issues resolution updates
- Before transferring incident information to other internal teams, ensures that it is accurate.
- Make use of external and internal resources, including teammates, to study technology and extend knowledge
- Monitors and reacts to output from tools and monitoring systems
- Provides regularly the documentation and knowledge of departments
- Practical understand and leverages technical and incident communication structure; may be requested to take part in cross-functional groups
- Join in main cause analysis of technical problems
- Depending on the complexity, can work on multiple issues or projects at the same time.
- Take part in the process and technology developments to the IT environments and overall customer experience
- Give advice to less experienced staff
