2006 ASIAN OWNED BUSINESS OF THE YEAR
Austin, Texas, 17th October 2006, MagRabbit Inc. was selected by the Asian American Business Roundtable (AABR) as the Asian-Owned Business of the Year (Asian American Business Roundtable)
AABR formally bestowed honors to awardees at its 2006 Dinner-Awards Night in Rockville, Maryland on November 10, 2006.
The AABR was established in 1989 to help Asian and other minority-owned businesses expand their market base with the Federal Government as well as the commercial sector by providing accurate and timely information to enable better decision making. The national competition for this prestigious award showcases the "best of the best" in Asian Pacific American entrepreneurship.
"We are extremely honored and excited to have received such prestigious recognition from the Asian American Business Roundtable, and we hope our hard work and success will inspire other Asian owned businesses and entrepreneurs to achieve their goals," said Tommy Hodinh, MagRabbit Chairman and CEO. Mr. Hodinh immigrated to the United States in 1973 from his native Vietnam. Mr. Hodinh graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and then embarked on a successful 15-year career at IBM, before founding MagRabbit in 1990.
