ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assesses and proposes software and hardware solutions to satisfy customer expectations
• Solves customer problems with software solutions and responds to upgrades and enhancement recommendations. 
• Works with customers and development teams to clarify requirements to ensure testability.
• Responsible for preparing design documentation.  
• Prepares test data for unit, string and parallel testing.
• Performs test procedures according to the criteria of Logs defects program requirements and makes recommendations to correct defects.
• Retests technical updates to make sure the bugs are fixed.
• Evolution of research methods for future validation documentation.
• Performance and scalability testing can be performed.
• Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents software according to Dell’s systems quality standards, policies and procedures. 
• Analyzes business needs and creates software solutions.  
• Review and manage test schedules, test cases, and automatic test drafts.

• Candidate must be W2.

Requirements:

• Having 10 years of experience in software development
• Having at least 4 years of experience in Oracle e-Business Suite

• Drives improvements in processes for design, technique or programming.
• Performs prediction actions and tracks development on the most difficult programs.
• Obtains detailed market consumer and creation criteria to assess basic parameters for production details.
• In general, organizing, executing and overseeing activities requiring big , high budget (cross-functional) projects or more than one project.
• Prepare detailed strategies for the handling of team dependencies in cross-testing.
• Serves as the representative of the IT association and practical community communities as the monitoring manager. 
• Advisors of Team members in all project levels.
• Assists in generating the programming function 's strategic technical and architectural direction.
• Senior leadership in identifying IT strategies based on customer needs.
• Acts as the point of touch between IT and main market users.
