Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Having at least 5 years of experience in Avaya Products & experience on POD FX

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Avaya voice solution & experience in POD FX
  • Extensive knowledge of application support and analysis.
  • Good experience supporting contact center and its ecosystem, particularly with knowledge of voice technology
  • Practical understanding of key business processes, such as Agile Methodology
  • Excellent English skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Having a bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent degree
  • Practical knowledge of automated testing tools and procedures

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Triage or Troubleshoot the incidents in voice telecom space
  • Contribute to improving the voice/contact center ecosystem by identifying areas for improvement through automation.
  • Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning with development teams to improve services.
  • Build up technical solutions to meet business requirements
