ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Main specialist to develop the specific approach, document of scale, risk profile, and related financials
• Uses experience to build detailed and systematic strategies covering operation, infrastructure, project and personnel planning
• Constructs risk evaluations and effective remediation measures compared to ideas for custom solutions
• Participates in developing financial structures that align with ideas for custom solutions
• Composes current service agreements (e.g. Task Statements, SLA reports, etc.) that define the procedures, technology, personnel, deliverables, responsibilities, risk and project management dimensions of a solution
• Supports settlement and closure of arrangement to provide transition assistance for the delivery of services
• Serves both internal and external clients as a service subject matter specialist for

• Candidates must be W2 and must be Citizen
• Expertise in Siebel platform architecture, services, main system performance indicators
• Good knowlegde in monitoring Siebel performance and availability in production environments
• Experience with application performance monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Elastic, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
• Site reliability experience such as architecting for availability, proactive monitoring, triaging problems, automating fixes
• Working knowledge in Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs)
• Exposure to complex distributed systems, network segmentation, enterprise system integrations, virtualized environments
• Having strong problem solving skills, good at communication and documentation
• Experience with requirements collecting, process design, and optimization
• Practical knowledge of system security, access controls, and governmental compliance requirements (CMMC, NIST 800-171, CUI)
