REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must be W2
• Most important for this position is required excellent experience with McAfee Web Gateways/Proxies while also having firewall/VPN goo experience in either Palo Alto or Sonicwall. 

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related major; or equivalent professional experience in a similar role
• Having more than 4 years of experience with Network Security technologies such as Proxy/VPN/Firewall (implementing, monitoring, and configuring)

                 o  McAfee proxies
                 o  SonicWall
                 o  Palo Alto

• Practical knowledge of IT and Cybersecurity technologies
• Excellent understanding of networking and cybersecurity fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, Routing & Switching, Firewall Policy & Configuration, IPS
• Good experience integrating with Splunk
• Good experience with security processes and documentation
• U.S. Citizen who will be working in the Dell Federal environment must go through a testing process

Desirable Requirements:

• Industry certifications relevant to the role such as CISSP, CCNA, CCNP/CCIE, SNSA/SNSP
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Federal compliance requirements, including DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 3
